I am a Polish living in UK, qualified Personal Trainer with a higher degree in BCs Hons Applied Medical Sciences.
Fitness has always been my passion but it doesn't mean I always knew what I was doing.
I used to be that shy girl at the gym who wanted to grow my glutes, snatch my waist and flatten my stomach but I just didn't know how. I tried ALL instagram workouts, diets, detoxes, intermittent fasting, hours of cardio but NOTHING seemed to work for me...
I embarked on a transformative path to sculpt my body, not just for the external appearance, but also to become more self confident and finally live the life I have been manifesting for so long!
And the truth is, with dedication, determination and the right program you can transform your aspirations into reality.
Combining my Medical Science degree with PT qualification has made me adapt a science-based holistic approach in my professional practice.
I believe that the body and the mind are interdependent, and if one part is not working correctly, all the other parts will be affected.
Therefore, my coaching offers comprehensive help in different aspects from exercise and nutrition to mental support and education addressing all aspects of a person's life in their journey to create their new healthy, free and confident self!

We have had clients stay with us for a few years, but also clients who stay with us for a few months! The minimum programme length is 12 weeks, this is an optimal time frame to see some sustainable results. After that the choice is yours!
